Critical: Form I-200 (administrative warrant) is NOT a judicial warrant. ICE cannot legally enter your home with only an I-200. A real warrant must be signed by a judge, not an ICE officer. You have Fourth Amendment rights. Use them.
Fourth Amendment
Protects EVERYONE in the US from unreasonable searches—citizens and non-citizens alike
I-200 vs Judicial Warrant
I-200 = ICE officer signature (can't enter home). Judicial = Judge signature (can enter home)

Don't Sign Anything
ICE pressures people to sign "voluntary departure" - it waives your right to see a judge. Get a lawyer first
✅ Say This
- "Do you have a warrant?"
- "Please slide it under the door"
- "This is not a judicial warrant"
- "You do not have permission to enter"
- "Am I free to leave?"
- "I am exercising my right to remain silent"
- "I want to speak to a lawyer"
- "I do not consent to this search"
❌ Don't Say This
- "I'm a citizen" (if you're not—lying is worse)
- Where you were born
- Your immigration status
- "I don't have papers"
- "I came here when I was 5" (admission)
- Anything about fake documents
- "Just deport me" (waives rights)
- "I'll sign" (without lawyer reviewing)
